"I am so happy to have found Desert Edge Medical Clinic!! My husband and I relocated to St George three years ago from North Western Montana where I had only one Homeopathic physician for over thirty three years. Upon our arrival, I began my search for finding someone similar that I could trust in their guidance of monitoring my health and wellness. After several attempts with different physicians ( each of whom were capable and kind people ) I just did not feel I had found my match. Always felt like I was a client number within a large corporate conglomerate. Then luckily I found Dr. Nilsson and his team of amazingly kind, efficient and professional staff who made me feel immediately at home! "Dr Borrowman has been amazing to work with. I love that they get me in quickly. He takes the time to listen and focus on how he can help me. The office staff is quick to call me with my test results. I will be going here for years to come."

"Kody Nilsson is a wonderful physician. I recently moved from GA to UT and since there were no records for me to speak of in the state of Utah, he carefully reviewed all of my medical history and assessed me head to toe. He ordered labs and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or as if I were a bother. I will be making the drive from Kanab to St. George to ensure that he continues to be my primary care. "

"Kody Nilsson is amazing doctor!! If you are looking for a doctor who cares and takes time and does his research. This is him. He is amazing made me feel cared about and not just a number or paycheck. He did more than the specialist who diagnosed me. I highly recommend him he is friendly caring and very intelligent.
